QUINN CONFIRMED AS CRG DRIVER

After a long and hard think about the plans for the 2015 season, the decision has been made that Cornish youngster Alex Quinn, will become a CRG Factory Driver.

Alex will be racing in both the Rotax Euro Challenge and the CIK-FIA European Championships onboard CRG equipment, and ran by the Italian Manufacturer for the new year.

Alex will be competing in the Junior Rotax and KF-Junior categories as a result of his performances with CRG during the tail end of the 2014 season, in the CIK-FIA World Championships and the WSK Final Cup.

It looks to be a very exciting year for the youngster, who had recently celebrated his 14th birthday at the end of December. Alex is really looking forward to the challenge and as ever will be giving it his all as he bids to claim more silverware, and plans to add to his hugely impressive debut season in junior karting.

Racing for a CRG, a World-Class kart manufacturer  is a huge honour, and Alex bids to make this partnership a strong and successful one!

Many thanks to the support from Euan Jeffery for his continual support in Alex and CRG as a whole. We are very excited for the year ahead!

Alex and all of the Quinn family would like to pass on our warmest gratitude and thank you to the huge amounts of hard work from Dan Hazlewood of Fusion Motorsport, who took Alex to the LGM Title and Double-Vice Champion in Cadets in 2013, where Alex honed his skills.

A special notice has to go out to Adrian Coles. The 2014 season with Adrian had been nothing short of exceptional!

The assistance and advice that was supplied to Alex, turning him into a Super One race winner and championship challenger so early on in his junior career, is a true testimony to the quality of Adrian and his team!

Alex not only benefited greatly from Adrian’s expertise, attention, and the quality of the kit throughout the season, but also thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Coles family. We thank Adrian for his massive contribution to Alex’s development as a driver , especially for the seemless transition he provided Alex on his move up from cadets, aswell as Adrian's understanding of the goals Alex is aspiring towards in his racing career.

The work of these two figures have played a vital part in Alex's development in karting and as a driver, of which we are eternally grateful for.

WE WISH ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE AT COLES RACING, IT'S BEEN A PLEASURE WORKING WITH YOU

So onto the 2015 season...

The season kicks off with the traditional end of the previous season celebration, at the Autosport Awards, where Alex will be collecting his prize for becoming Vice-Champion in the Minimax British Championship.

Then the hard work kicks off! We are all massively looking forward to getting started again with CRG, as Alex aims to create a fantastic collaboration with the team for 2015!
