QUINN TOPS BRANDS BRITISH F4 TESTING
With details of Alex’s race schedule for 2017 still to be confirmed, Alex took the opportunity to do some car evaluation work with TRS Arden as he set the fastest time of the British F4 test session at Brands Hatch.
In his capacity as a Young Racing Driver Academy driver (YRDA), Alex was happy to be back in the seat of a British F4 single seater giving him valuable track time and preparation for the season ahead.
The day was troubled by changing weather conditions, which led to numerous red flag incidents.
However, Alex stayed on track to record the fastest times in the combined classification at the end of the one day test.
In the afternoon session, Alex posted a time of 46.735s - three tenths faster than any other driver and the only driver to get into the 46s barrier.
Alex reeled off the session with 9 laps capable of being the fastest time of the day - clearly enjoying his TRS Arden machine as he got back into the groove ready for the 2017 season.
